Based on the importance that sports have for the growth and development of people, and mainly children, it is the mission of the sports committee to use sports as an instrument to help our members to receive a better physical, mental and spiritual development. In order to be supported and affiliated to the sports organizations in USA and worldwide we are affiliated to Maccabi. Soccer League: We have an ongoing indoor soccer tournament in which several teams, people ages 16 to 45 and maybe older, play on Tuesday nights with a great motivation and having a lot of fun and exercise. Softball League: If you Slow Pitch, join us every Saturday morning at the JCC field. Youth Delegations: We organize sports delegations to the “JCC Maccabi Games” in different cities around the USA and the “Competencias Intercomunitarias” in Mexico. This is a wonderful experience for our youth members to compete and to represent the Ken. |
